The steps below describe how counties qualify for DLI 1 disbursement.
Steps to take under DLI 1
This DLI will pay against the number of Counties that have an approved CWSS&IP. The Program will make a single payment of US$ 1 million for each of the 19 Counties that has a CWSS&IP that has been formally approved and adopted by the County Executive Committee (CEC). The CWSS&IP must follow the outline structure and content set out in Annex 4. The Bank will review and concur on the CWSS&IP and Implementation Roadmap prior to submission to the CEC for approval.
Technical assistance support
SDWS will be supported to facilitate technical assistance, under the IPF component, towards the capacity building of all Counties for the preparation of their CWSS&IPs.
